On the login screen tap Forgot Password and follow the steps sent to your email.

StudyArc collects the email address and name you provide when registering. Study data including notes, flashcards, session history, and subjects is stored locally on your device using AsyncStorage. Your XP, level, and streak data is stored on our secure servers to enable leaderboard features.
Your data is used solely to provide and improve the StudyArc experience. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties. Your email address is used only for account authentication and support communications.
When you use AI features (flashcard generation, quiz creation, Study Beats), the text content you submit is sent to OpenAI's API for processing. This content is subject to OpenAI's privacy policy. We do not store the content you submit for AI processing beyond the duration of your request.
StudyArc is designed for students of all ages including children under 13 (KS2 features). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children beyond what is necessary for the app to function. Parents or guardians can request deletion of their child's data by emailing ben@studyarc.co.uk.
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Settings screen within the app. Alternatively, email ben@studyarc.co.uk with a deletion request and we will action it within 7 days.
All data transmission between the app and our servers is encrypted using HTTPS. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. We use industry-standard security practices to protect your information.
